Reflections - Lake Cooby

We recently had a weekend away with friends, 14 people in total and stayed in the luxury tents on sight. We also took on the high wire, rock climbing and leap of faith courses. All I can say is that is was a fantastic weekend, beautiful location. The staff were excellent and really recommend it to any wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle but still want some of the luxuries of home. Great weekend thank you very much to the Reflection Team.

Love Reflections. So beautiful to get away from city life. You can book a glamping tent or the house. It is tidy and well kept. Great for weddings and functions at the conference facilities.

I went to Reflections - Lake Cooby with my wife for our second wedding anniversary. It was an amazing experience being so close to Lake Cooby.The site has the most breath taking view early in the mornings of the lake and beautiful night sky full of stars. We had plenty of walks near the nice walking trails and the beautiful night sky offered amazing opportunity for star gazing with our telescope.The cold winter weather is perfect to cuddle up next to the very large bondfire pit there and the camping tents have heaters and electric blankets as well so night times can be warm and cozy.Definitely recommend Reflections - Lake Cooby as a perfect way to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city life and to just disconnect.Will definitely be returning. Thank you so much to Chris and Zoe and the Reflections team for the awesome getaway.

Unfortunately you did not include the 5 emails leading up to this one, starting 6th August, where you were refusing a refund. I did not call you on 14th August.I do understand that businesses are finding trading conditions difficult at this time, and I sympathise. We're all in the same boat. However, I did not book through AirBNB, I booked directly with you. I was never advised either on the phone, on your website, nor in your confirmation email that you considered a cancellation received TWO MONTHS prior to the event was non-refundable. I stand by my opinion that if you need to refer to the ACCC to determine if it's ok to keep money for a service that you have not provided, you should perhaps review your business practices, and my warning to others stands.**I can't comment on the facilities as due to Covid we were unable to attend. However, I can say that their attitude to customer service and refunds leaves a lot to be desired. As a business, insisting payment in full at the time of booking is greedy, and then only after receiving payment saying that that payment is non-refundable under any circumstances is theft in my opinion. After much argument with a particularly officious staff member, they have finally agreed to refund, minus an administration fee, but to all those considering making a booking be warned. Once you have paid your money, they will consider it is theirs even if they do not provide the service. Not a good faith way to conduct a business in my opinion.

We recently attended a staff retreat at Reflections. Chris and Tanya did an amazing job with the organisation of our food, accommodation and professional / personal development activities.The setting is just stunning with 180 lake views, plenty of local wildlife and very well appointed permanent tents for us glampers.The staff who coordinated our rock climbing, high ropes course and canoeing were very professional, friendly and super fun to be around.Keep up the great work Reflections.

I could not recommend the staff and facilities at Reflections more highly. We went away with a group for work and had the absolute best time. Rod and the crew ran The Amazing Race for us which was challenging but so much fun, the perfect way to start our conference!We stayed in the glamping tents and they exceeded expectation. I will struggle to regular camp from now on…From the moment we called to enquire until we said goodbye I was extremely impressed with the staff. They were enthusiastic, professional, super charismatic and went above and beyond for us the whole time. And the food… my goodness, phenomenal!!!Thanks so much to everyone at Reflections for making our conference such an awesome experience. You’re all legends :)

Wonderful location.... not far from Toowoomba... excellent facilities and activities

My wife and I married here on 28.09.17 the sunset was stunning, they have tremendous facilities and the staff were outstanding, thanks Tanya, Emma and Veronika for helping to make our day so special, great photo opps!!
