I have not been to the farm but recently sampled their Triple Cream Cheese. A delicious creamy cheese with a slight earthyness. I well recommend it.

Australia's best blue cheese. Superior demure flavour complexity, not too salty, integrity/robust form at room temp while achieving soft pillow-i-ness. In a class of your own, Tarago! A real people mover, lol, well... I was moved, clearly!

Over this past winter my Wife and I have been enjoying multiple blue cheeses with wine and mostly french like Roquefort and D'affinois blue. I've always loved Tarago River Shadows of Blue and used to use it on cheeseboards when I was a Chef. It was probably eaten at number 18 on our blue cheese marathon list, but rate this at number 1. This creamy blue farmhouse cheese in incredible and deserves to be world famous. So glad its an Aussie Cheese!

The Gippsland Brie was the saltiest cheese I've ever had. It was so salty I could taste little else. To be honest I felt like reaching for some anchovies to tone down the salt. Given all the glowing reviews, perhaps this was one batch of over-salted wheels. If not it's a wheel that needs reinventing.

The Blue Orchid Cheese these guys do is beautiful balanced and flavoursome. An awesome compliment to a platter or straight off the laguiole, perfect!

Just tried Tarago River triple cream Brie on our Virgin flight from Coffs Harbour to Melbourne, via Sydney. OMG! The most delicious cheese I've had in a long time!
