Excellent workmanship --- Tim and his team did a great job---- Tim explained what was best for us and helped us with the whole design process that would best suit our needs -- his quote was very competitive -- they were always on time --- they were very tidy and neat with the instal and the clean up afterwards --- would recommend them to others

Tim and team installed ActronAir ducted system for our new home. Tim was very helpful through the whole process, met to go through the system and zoning options and answered all questions promptly.System has been keeping us cool through the hot days since with no issues and Tim has been quick responding to any questions.Edit - We had moved into new place and top of my list was to sort out heating/cooling. Again a call to Tim, prompt visit to go over options and quickly had new system installed which has been running rock solid. I really appreciated Tim’s integrity in selling the right system for our needs.

Most ignorant phone call I've had. Answered and asked him if I could get a couple questions answered! Dude was silent so I asked again. And he was like. Depends on ur question. Very helpful.

Not a company to deal with. The owner is rude and arrogant with zero people skills, hangs up when caught out ..clearly has too much money and is only interested in big jobs.

I had a daikon reserve cycle air conditioning unit put in my holiday home, in Gippsland which I absolutely love. I was extremely happy with the customer service and personal touch. Not only were they on time, but they were so clean and tidy as well as competitive on pricing. I couldn't believe how easy this was from the first call of communication to the end product. They are so professional and a pleasure to do business with. I can highly recommend East Gippsland Heating and Cooling, this is a company who care and deliver the best service I have seen in years. Well done to Tim and his team and thank you again for such a great job.

Tim and his team supplied, and installed a reverse cycle air conditioner for me. The process was easy, they organised everything for me and were reasonably priced and all certified. Will be using them again for all my heating and cooling needs!! Highly recommended!

Tim removed and replaced a split system air con/heater. He rang to advise the time he would be coming, turned up on time and did a brilliant job with the removal and installation AND didn’t leave a mess!!! Very impressed and would definitely recommend Tim and his team and will happily use their services again!Extremely happy customer! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
