Good range, but youre ALWAYS “back in 30 minutes”, never open. This has happened on the last 4 occasions at different times of day.Sick of waiting for your staff to do some work, you would likely sell more if your doors are open.

The gentleman who served me (unfortunately did not get his name) was incredibly friendly, and was very knowledgeable with the products. We talked about the pros and cons of addition/accessories, and also had a friendly chat. The store may be small, but it makes up for it with a big heart and plenty of help! Thank you!

Awsome head shop with a surprisingly good range of vaping gear and juices. Coils for rdas and tanks, cotton ect. Very reasonable prices. Try these guys if you think international juice is overpriced. You will be pleasantly surprised

Served by a miserable looking edgy woman with a nose piercing and dyed hair. She has absolutely no customer service skills and acts like she hates her job. I would sooner shop online than return.

Ordered something slightly fragile off these guys online, wasn't packaged correctly and likely due to some rough handling during transit it arrived completely shattered. Took photos and emailed them to the company, they immediately sent a replacement via express post at no extra cost. So 10/10 customer service, definitely would recommend shopping at cloud 9 in the future.
