Flip Out Villawood

I wanted to drop a quick note to express our appreciation for the outstanding customer service provided by the staff Akanisi at Flip Out Villawood, particularly during my son's first birthday party. Staff Akanisi went above and beyond to make our celebration special and memorable, and we are so grateful for her kindness and enthusiasm. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend Flip Out Villawood to anyone looking for a fun-filled and memorable family experience. We appreciate you Akanisi.

I had my sons birthday last weekend, the Lady who looked after the party was extremely nice and professional her name is Amelia. One of the parents asked if I recommend Flipout for her upcoming son's birthday. I got the parent to speak with Amelia to request her service at the birthday party.Interms of pricing I think it was affordable, I paid more money in the past for less service. Definitely coming back and recommending it to other parents. Thank you Amelia for the great experience.

Edit: In response to the owner, apologies but I am just being honest. I understand it's out of your hands how the place is laid out but those stairs were a hazard when you're trying to control energetic kids going up & down there. That's all i'm saying.You get what you would expect at a venue like this. Different sections for different ages and abilities. There is a small playland area for under 8s which is a nice touch. An arcade games area, sitting areas, and party rooms available. A little ninja warrior course which I felt tempted to jump in myself haha. The reason I give 3 stars is because of the inconvenient location of toilets upstairs, the stairs are hazardous to be taking kids up & down plus you have to make your way through the obstruction of the queue at the front to get to it. The cafe is also located upstairs which is a nuisance & unsafe to carry food & drinks downstairs. The staff are friendly though, and helpful which is always nice. Remember you have pay extra for the special flipout socks.

We came here many times...spacious place... many jumping trampolines for all ages..party rooms are available...food and drinks are available...Dj in the evening so cool....your kids can spend hours in here

We had a fabulous 8th birthday celebration for our son at Flipout Villawood. Our party host Gina was so sweet and helpful and made the whole thing run smoothly and ensured the kids had a great time which meant a very relaxed Mum!The venue was great and well equipped - the only downside was that the party room was sweltering hot so all the adults were melting but we were told that there was a plan to add A/C there soon which would be perfect!All in all had a great time thanks to the best party host - Gina!!

Had my daughters birthday party here a couple of weeks back. Our party host Natalia was great. She was really helpfull in organising everything we needed and was really accomidating. Best birthday party ever, I was so relaxed and the kids had a ball.

This is probably the dirtiest and disorganised flip out we have been to. There were tables that we full of food wrappers, empty bottles and left over food.I informed the staff of the rubbish and I was told to tell a staff member walking around instead.The cafe located upstairs ran out of food.Coffee was horrible.I would not recommend coming here if you have other options.

We chose the Awesome package for my son’s birthday and we had Gina as our host. She was absolutely amazing and made the whole process seamless. Her approach was professional and the level of care was unparalleled. She really made the birthday flow nicely.
