Still no receipt. Doesn’t matter now there are plenty of other garden care people which do honest quotes and are happy to give receipts and decent honest services. USELESS AND DISHONEST. Only gave one star as I can’t give 0 or minus stars. Ben Munro @ Glen Alpine Jim’s Mowing quoted for whole garden. Your add says and I quote “I also have a 100% guarantee on my work, so if you are not happy with it I will fix it” Well he said he would “fix it” for an extra $50. Understandably he charged more as grass was very long. Then he came and missed two places in the garden. He then said oh I would have to charge you $50 extra for those areas. Why didn’t he let me know when he originally quoted. He also said in an SMS would be cheaper for cash. It was cheaper for cash but Ben now says he only gives invoices once a week. This doesn’t seem correct as most businesses will give a receipt or tax invoice as soon as money changes hands. Does Jim’s Mowing condone this behaviour, or is it just Ben. Please let me know as I will be speaking to Jim’s Mowing and the Australian Taxation Office. Thanks PS Still require a tax invoice!!!It’s now May 2020 still waiting for a receipt to say I’ve paid. Still not happy Ben!!!
