I wanted to let you all know how amazing our Wedding cake was. It was beautiful, I didn't want to cut it and ruin it. However, I'm so glad we did because the cake was delicious. Particularly the White chocolate with raspberry swirl and the Red velvet cake. I can honestly say, it is one of the best cakes I have ever had. Thank you so much for making the whole experience so easy and delicious.

Gave her 4 weeks notice to make a cupcake tray shaped like 6 and 0 for mums 60th birthday, was very clear about the colour scheme and flavours we wanted as well as decorations of macrons and flowers. She forgot the order date, said she thought it was the following day.. yet even her own invoice had pick up date for the date I'd requested. Took my money, rushed to make the Cupcakes in an hour before the lunch, brought them and they had been transported in several containers which smashed them together during travel. Completely wrong flavours, no macrons, gave us pink Cupcakes that looked like a little girls birthday party when mums birthday theme was navy, gold and white. Asked for salted caramel, did get that. Have tried to message 3 times and have had no reply. So incredibly disappointed.

I used Confetti Whip for my wedding cake in May 2022.We were 10 days out from our wedding when I finally had a response to confirm my order. I had attempted to contact her via Facebook, Instagram, email, text and phone. It was incredibly stressful and disappointing.The cake was supposed to be 2 flavours over 3 tiers. The chef at our venue cut the first two tiers and when he started on the third, he discovered it was the same as the first two. The cake also turned out to be vanilla which wasn’t one of the flavours I had confirmed. I completely understand that things happen and plans need to be changed but I never heard from her again. No email to say ‘sorry I had to make changes’ or ask how it all went anyway. So disappointing.The brief for the image of the cake was perfect. I couldn’t fault that, or the taste of the vanilla cake that we ended up with

I provided business with a description of the cake I wanted. They quoted me $175. When I went to pick it up, they insisted I pay $202, as they had made a mistake when quoting and would not stand by their quote.
