Had a large chicken salad bowl for $14.50.Chicken wasn’t cut in small pieces. Staff was putting very little salad, I had to ask 4 times to put more and more. Never ever going to visit this store again.Please train your staff properly. Chicken and cheese goes on top of salad.

The food here is good. No complaints but the staffs could serve with a smile for better service experience. Atmosphere is also not the best.

Ordered off the app but in store staff didn't follow instructions. Wrong bread one was supposed to be toasted and it wasn't paid extra for pineapple for it to not be there with olives instead which i didnt order ordered 2 sauces and only got 1 and it was very minimal sauce chicken was Stone Cold and I wasn't late. No point having an app if your employees don't know hot to read orders off. I understand they may run out of certain things, breads etc but if that's the case you call up the stoner if a number is available or at least inform them on pickup of missing options. Seems like this subway always disappoints

Customer Service was not good. Very rude and demeaning. When asking questions about the menu, got a desultory response basically insulting me for not knowing how much specific things cost, as I tried to be nice and order an extra salad she looked at me as if I was stupid and said nothing, as I've never ordered a salad from subway before and I didnt know the process. Also sloppily put my sandwich together, and talked in such a attitude I could hardly hear her.

Came in almost and hour and a half before closing on a Saturday night and it looked like the place was shut, menu boards all off, tables and chairs all packed up and no one to greet anyone... walked in and someone came out an said they were still open but I couldn't order what I wanted because they didn't have a few of the things I wanted on my sandwich left. I would get it if it was 15 before closing or maybe even the last half hour but almost an hour and a half before closing and the shop is packed up like its closed, pretty disappointing.

Doesn’t have an open sign … staff jus hates working there it seems. Food is alright . If you order extra topping make sure it’s done before payment .

Went to buy our subs on the way home after work. Favourite roll not available none left. Had to choose another. Then also discovered they don't have honey mustard dressing anymore. To difficult to get from suppliers i was told. So a bit disappointed as my usual favorite Thursday dinner at subway is becoming not my favourite.

Paid extra for toppings that weren’t added on. When I asked if I get a credit the response was “for $0.60???”I ordered online on the website. It appears to randomly select your salad options so be sure to unselect items you don’t want. and they didn’t put on the extra salad items I actually selected. Same with sauce. I ended up with two clashing flavours instead of just the sauce I asked for. Website needs some maintenance perhaps.And if someone pays for something they didn’t get yes you should offer them a refund even if it is 60 cents, I’ve still overpaid.
