I didn't use this organisation directly, but sold an apartment to a buyer who did.Having seen the email correspondence, and comments made by the conveyancing team to my legal team and to my real estate agent, it's apparent to me that they need to go back to law school.Whilst I'm not privy to the exact nature of advice they gave to there client, I saw the end result first hand as a seller.Certainly wouldn't consider using them based on what I experienced.
