Feeling annoyed. Can not believe I was refused entry to the toilet by the cleaner, she said it was closing. She let a lady in seconds before me who had just entered. I politely inquired as to what time they close the toilets and was told around 4:30 /5:00 it was 4:29. I was told to go to the McDonald’s toilets.I had not finished my shopping however left and continued my shopping else where.
