A special thank you to Micheal, Sid and the many back and front of house staff that were a part of making the night perfect. Food and service was above and beyond amazing. The room was surreal. We are very happy we got to celebrate my daughters and son in laws special day there. We wouldn’t change a thing! You all made the night perfect! Thank you! Thank you!

Been here numerous times, there is 3 different size and design ball room or reception i should say, it caters for every size, i love their food the entrees, the dinners, the desserts absolutely delicious, i would highly recommend

Service was fine but only having one lot of toilets for 3 events that were held on all different floors and also not having a change table for babies?!

I did a live wedding painting of the couple's first dance, and it was STUNNING! The classic interior was the perfect backdrop for the fireworks, fog and the beautiful couple. There was enough space for me to set up and the guests were able to watch me paint throughout the night.

They even don't deserve any star .. service very slow skipping tables not enough mezza as what in the contract ..Ripping off say children under 3 free but you go to finelize the deal forcely charge you extra not giving you any chance to negotiate my advice look somewhere else .. my daughter wedding was on 11/6/2023

It’s not easy planning a wedding during a pandemic, but my wife and I are so grateful to Ray and all the staff at The Renaissance for making our wedding experience as easy as possible, during an otherwise difficult time. Our original wedding date was scheduled for August 2020 but we ended up postponing until February 2021. From start to finish Ray was so amazing to deal with and extremely comforting and helpful through all the changes and uncertainty. No amount of questions were too much and no request was unachievable. Everything we could have imagined and more was delivered on the night. We had the most amazing wedding and our guests are still commenting about the abundance of food and the amazing service on the night. We wish we could do it all again! Would highly recommend Ray and the team at The Renaissance.

Where can I honestly start… From the service, to the food and decorations our vision of our dream wedding came to life thanks to Renaissance. We are so glad that we chose Renaissance as our reception for our wedding. A big shout out to our organiser Raymond, he was the absolute best - made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it to be. Went to a wedding reception at their Grand Ballroom. D.J thought he was playing at a concert, where the Bass was way to high, to the point our ear drums were hurting. Hard to communicate with wait staff, as they didn’t speak English. Instead of alternative meals, we sat at a table of 10, they gave us 8 lamb and 2 chicken plates, hard to ask to swap.No candles on the tables were lit, even though they were electronic.The wedding cake was cut but none of it was served.When I asked a wait staff if the wedding is being served, she told me it’s at the table, pointing to the fake cake at the bridal table. Three toilet doors have no locks on them, making it difficult for my children to use in such a public area.

Been a venue for weddings and other big occasions big or small. Always serving fresh food and drinks for decades.
