I cannot praise the professionalism and friendliness of all the staff I had contact with during the repair of my VW. Daniel went out of his way to get the car back on the road in a timely way. Tracey was so helpful and understanding during my many phone calls (so patient)The men in the workshop could not have been more polite and helpful. Even down to offering a clean space to change my baby’s nappy!I wish I could recommend this business in more glowing terms… basically, I’ve been amazed at how good they were. (And the car was washed and vacuumed!!!) Thanks for the great experience.
