I've been here a couple of times. The staff are extremely helpful, they always help me to put together an arrangement based on which bits and pieces I think are nice for whichever occasion. I have provided a budget upfront and had staff go based on this but still be very generous - which is amazing. The process is also very efficient and the flowers are beautiful. I highly recommend this florist as the best I've experience in Melbourne.

Very abrupt staff, didn't have any bouquets ready so asked if they would be happy to make something and they agreed. Told them my budget was $50 and was happy to wait.Came back after 15mins and was ignored for 5mins while waiting in front of staff member, no one acknowledged me.Flowers I got were wilted roses and not the bright bouquet I asked for.Staff was not understanding why people buy flowers. Would never return.

Spoke to events person on three occasions this week being promised a call back that never happened. Clearly they prioritize their interest in business according to how large the job. So someone like myself with a small request gets no call back whatsoever. Little do they know that a small job today could be a big job the next time. Well wont be giving them any good word of mouth and Im in the Event business. Big Mistake!!!!

Shahn is amazing! The bouquets she did for my wedding were absolutely stunning. I showed her some pictures with a very rough idea of what I had in mind, and she created my dream bouquets for me. I had always wanted to have peonies but had my wedding in the wrong season for them, so Shahn came up with some great alternatives for me. When they arrived on the day they were perfect. Thanks again!

Bought a beautiful plant and gorgeous pot here as a gift for a friend. They wrapped it, included a card with message and potted the plant beautifully for me. I ordered online, specified the time to pick up and it was waiting for me outside their shop door; contactless delivery. My friend was over the moon with it!

This is my go-to florist that never disappoints. Flowers are fresh and stunning.Team goes above and beyond, including calling me back when they had sourced a friend's favourite flower, talking through what's fresh when we aren't able to go into the shop ourselves, and making great recommendations.Super friendly, honest and great value.Great range of potted plants and cards too. Handy that their cafe is right next door.
