Priceline Pharmacy Northpark Plaza

Unacceptable experience. I'm not sure how to define it. I spend a bit of time in these places when I'm looking to spend a couple of hundred dollars on self care. I visit many locations & spend a lot but I don't get this kind of treatment often these days. I was soon followed by the staff, then I began to hear incorrect, hurtful comments about myself, which made me feel humiliated. Eventually I was literally cornered. Other aisles had unfollowed shoppers. Horrible feeling. I had to ask why. At that point a shopper commented that I deserved it as she knew the staff & theyd discussed me, which I'd overheard them do. I bought my $170 worth just to leave; to not buy would have cemented the wrongful gossip about me I'd heard and I'd already let them know I do Google reviews.. The manager said I'd taken a while and plenty of ppl steal. The most awful customer spending experience I've had. The photos are the only ones without staff in them. Stocks not well cared for, staff discuss each other and shoppers unflatteringly and unprofessionally. Sad

Limited stock, has downsized overtime and usually have to try another store for what I need. Does still stock some different gift ideas though.Staff and Pharmacy team aren’t the most helpful, a smile could go a long way.

The owner needs to change his bad attitude if he's gonna be working in this field with unwell and venerable people. Maybe the reviews will be better if he does that. But the young girl that works here is lovely :)

I will never go to this priceline.Because the staff is so rude And also they didn't help me.

Went in to have my flu and covid shots. Was told by one staff member they don't do them on the same day but last year I had them on the same day.A female staff member tookthe time out to ask the pharmacist and yes I can have it on the same day. Just book for one and tell the pharmacist that you want both when you come in.So I was told to book online so I came home and it said to call the store....OMG!!!If you want repeat customers treat them with respect and do your job thoroughly.I have been coming in for years but have been disappointed with this store of late because of out of date products, being charged incorrectly and the customer service has declined.

I always go there. Always very friendly & helpful. Keep up the good work guys.

I've been here 3 times in 2 weeks for various reasons and everyone I have spoken to has been lovely! Very timely and professional service
