Failed to remediate issues on first visit. Subsequently 3x no-shows and no communication. Wanted to charge another call-out fee for their incompetence. Avoid!

Got a quote to fix some outdoor guttering . They text to say we can come today. This morning I call the office to ascertain a time. Lady says 10am to 12. At 12.15pm call to see where they are. Guy says no, we are coming now between 3pm and 4pm (odd as they quoted a 4 hour job and it gets dark at 6pm). No one pitched and no one called to say that they weren’t turning up. We cancelled the job. It’s not difficult to call a customer!
