I want to give Chris and Rod a massive shout out as a honest, reliable people who will look out for the customers best interest. In my 2 interactions so far they have been responsive, but more importantly they have asked questions based on their knowledge and skill that could potentially resolve things prior to charging any call-out fees.In the most recent case it was a hot water heater stopped working and they could have charged an after hours fee plus hourly, instead they talked me through the one or two basic errors that they’ve seen with this unit in the past. If I could give 6 stars, I would! Jamie from Tai Irwin went above and beyond when we were doing a mini-makeover of our laundry. He gave me options; organised a new toilet, laundry sink & taps; installed everything and was incredibly helpful when things went wrong with other tradesmen - not Tai Irwin. Chris & another plumber were also great when they stripped the laundry of the old equipment. I can’t speak highly enough of the professionalism and attention to detail that I received, as well as the prompt and efficient service. Thanks, Jamie and Tai Irwin!

We had a cracked pipe with water leaking everywhere, the guys from Tai Irwin were prompt and professional, diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in 30 mins. Very impressed by the speed and service, plus they're really nice guys too. Five stars all the way.
