5 months before Christmas last year l had been feeling unhappy , unable to accept compliments and also found it hard to let go of the past. A lot of my extremely good friends that l am lucky to have were the ones that could see that l needed help to find myself again. A good friend of mine who's sister does Reiki etc in the U.K. , helped me find someone on the coast that could guide me through my heeling and search for my well being again. Kirsten has such a kind nature and makes her clients feel at ease by working her magic heeling powers. I can't thank Kirsten enough for what she has done for me. Without her help and for my awesome friends in pushing me to get help, l truly don't know where l would be today.
