These remedial massage therapists have a much higher skill level than your average therapist, to effectively diagnose and treat your problem and give you relief in one session. They will also teach you exercises and stretches for prevention.This is useful for the acute and chronic pains of everyday life, especially for sedentary office workers.

I’ve seen brendan a couple times now about my bung shoulder, wish I hadve started to seen him years ago. Extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Utilises a variety of methods not just massage. The dry needling I had was the most effective I’ve ever had before and can’t recommend him enough!
