Kmart Batemans bay is the perfect sized store Nowra Kmart is quite big ulladulla Khulna is small but Batemans bay is just right it has a good selection of home,sport and outdoor,kids,men’s and pet accessories. The staff are very helpful and friendly I like wear the home section and the kids section is the home section is on the left and the kids section is on the right the registers are in the middle the men’s clothing is on the back wall and partly in the midddle and the women’s section is in the middle as well. Probably one of the best Kmart stores I have ever been too it is just the right I would recommend it for a good Kmart shopping experience.

Lots of lovely things for the home and for all the family. Great prices and a good variety. Always getting new items and clothing in so it's always good to check things out. Shelves seem to be gradually filling up.Always new items at great prices. So many new things to look at for the home.

I have seen such untidy and dirty store ever. 90% of stock was on the floor, trolleys full of stock clogging up aisles. Floor looks like it hasn't been cleaned for a long time ,making stock on floor dirty and dusty

A nice big store with an easy layout that makes it simple to find what you’re looking for. Plenty of room to move around the aisles freely.Lovely lady on the door greeting people as they enter and exit.Has all the things that you’d expect from a Kmart store

Useless - never have much in stock and don't care about it. Wont let u know when theyre getting more of what you want in, particularly the guy in tech with the american-like accent. Staff including him are usually rude and dismissive

Bought a tent here..cant complain. this tent was small and got what i paid for it. often when i have come here i see specials of reduced stock. got awesome hot wheels here one time as well. its been a while since i came as got the dog and he isnt allowed in the centre so dont bring him up

Staff from the customer service was very rude and impatient. I was explaining the reason why I needed to return a beach shelter due to missing parts included, but the staff made gestures showing that she didn't care and was being very rude. I suggest that the staff should listen to customer carefully otherwise the product will be pit again on the shelf and next one will buy the same shelter with missing part. Also, it shows the repect the effort from Kmart to privide refund policy but ruined by staff's attitude.
