Kumon Australia and New Zealand

The educator at the Florence Street education center in Hornsby is one of the nastiest instructor I have met. She is hushy (hushly snatching the book away from the child) and always poorly tempered from dealing with general student issues. The reason I am giving 2 stars is that the man that helps her is not nasty. Highly don't recommend the Florence St Edu Center. Go somewhere else, if you want to enroll your children to Kumon.

Worst experienced for my three nieces by correspondence. They've been doing Kumon prior for 6 years overseas. We enrolled them through correspondence since, there was a waiting list in our surrounding suburbs. Kumon Au failed miserably on the two out of four key methods (WORKSHEETS AND INSTRUCTORS). We got punished for asking what causes the delay of the worksheets. When confronted the corresponder (Donna) didn't even have the decency to take any responsibilities of her incompetence. Instead, blame us for doing our job as a guardian and the worst part when my innocent 13 year old niece who communicates with her on a regular basis was blamed. Furthermore, she also implied she prefers to focus on other children and she had lots of them who are doing well. Why people can be so mean? It cost nothing to be kind. It means a lot to do the right thing. I was really annoyed the way she treated us because of the UNFAIRNESS. Her lack of professionalism and integrity is disconcerting because they are teaching our kids.Anyway, during these challenging times (COVID), where a lot of families who are struggling to provide for their children due to lost of income. I urged you to do your research and avoid wasting your hard earned money. I am certain there are some excellent Kumon teachers out there who are giving their best. You know who you are, keep up the good work! We need more amazing humans like you.
