When y told him I'll get another couple quotes, and later call him for make appointment he no show much interest didn't tell me when going to come ,many days and still nothing.Is really a Mafia because when I ask a quote to the company Airdale and they ask my address after the they no responded my phone calls even if I left message

If you are price & quality conscious, then I would recommend giving Kiama Air a call for a quote. We met Peter when he bought a car from my husband 5 years ago, he installed a split system to our downstairs room. We were so happy with the price and no fuss installation that we got. We then had Kiama Air install a fully ducted system throughout the upstairs area a year later. This system failed after 2 years and Kiama Air went into bat on our behalf with Fujitsu, as the system was only just out of warranty. The system was then replaced free of charge. You can't ask for better service than that.

First class service from quotation to installation. Peter is very professional, explained things thoroughly and true to his word. Inspected our house on the agreed time and date. Gave us several options to choose from. We are happy with the pricing and package we ended up choosing. Promptly answers all our questions and messages. Installation was smoothly done. Peter and his assistant James did a good job. We will definitely get their services again in the future. Thank you guys.

we have had several air conditioners installed and by far the service from Kiama Air conditioning out ranked them all. they were very professional and easy to deal with, quick to respond to inquires and work around our availability for installation. the quality of work was excellent and their prices are very competitive. will definitely use these guys again even if our other aircons need a service thanks guys.

I can't recommend these guys highly enough! I needed 2 split systems installed. Dealing with Peter was easy, efficient and prompt. His pricing was competitive, and best of all, he left the place spotless after the install, not a speck of dust left behind! I will definitely be using Kiama Air again.

We recently used Kiama Air to replace/upgrade the ducted air conditioning at my parents' place. Alan, Peter and Hugh were all extremely courteous and customer focussed during our dealings with them on a number of occasions. They gave great advice. Their quote for the new install was very competitive. Peter and Hugh arrived on time to do the removal of the old system and installation of the new. They were very professional and efficient. They went above and beyond to clean the area after they had completed the installation.

We have used kiama air for 2 installations recently. I work in the finance industry and we are always recommending these guys to our own clients when they are renovating or building. We know their prices are competitive and the quality of the installation is excellent. I would put them on your list for a quote at least before you commit with anyone else.

I have used Kiama Air Conditioning three times now over the past 5 years, two installs and a service on two different properties. Service was most of all honest! pricing was on point and fair.Trades people associated with Kiama Air Conditioning were very professional and friendly.Upon inspection of the workmanship I was very pleased with the process from start to finish. Peter was very knowledgeable and good at explaining his products. Peter and his team were on time.Upon reading the prior reviews it appears the two one star reviews maybe were left out of frustration and a limited understanding of running a business. Owing a business is challenging at the best of times and a simple phone call missed can happen. As for Alan being rude? that is very questionable. Wanted a quote most others said three weeks. Kiama air came next day, really fast reliable service air con was in within two weeks from first call.
