Mum and sister were charged or talked into for shampoo and blow drying other people according to other reviews are given extras free of charge. You forced my mother to pay $145 dollars for a simple trim. Are you proud of bullying a 90 year y woman. Shame. Janine

One of the best haircut experiences I've had.The stylist was very friendly and personable. She was genuine and invested in me as a client. My complimentary shampoo and scalp massage was much needed and enjoyed. She also explained to me why my hair does certain things and grows certain ways, and provided tips and hints to help me with my everyday grooming.Don't normally get this level of service in a franchised business and I was pleasantly surprised. Won't be going anywhere else for my haircuts

Linda did a lovely job of getting my mug presentable. Awesome lady? Deserves the best.Just cuts has always been a little bit on the expensive side but i get the quality i pay for and thats okay with me!Also i wouldnt touch anyone for anything less with the covid crisis going on! Lol

If I could give zero stars I would have. My 22 month old nephew was in there yesterday for a haircut and my sister and brother in law were charged $29 for the haircutBloody daylight robbery for a babies haircut
