You don't have to wait 30 minutes like some GP. We went 15 minutes late 'cause my partner couldn't finish job earlier. A receptionist lady was waiting us and said, You are late 15 mins. You can't have it today. You have to come again". They don't give you any information what happen when you are late. When you late some reason and your appointment was canceled but they don't let you know until you are there. No phone call

I had a very pleasant and seamless experience having an ultrasound here today. The receptionist was friendly, welcoming and helpful. The wait was not long at all very quick. The sonographer was lovely and made me feel comfortable and was very informative and explained things well. He made an effort to listen to my story of why I was there and had a caring manner. I could not recommend him highly enough. I would definitely use this practice for all images I may need in the future. Very satisfied with the service I received.

I had a bad experience with a casual sonographer here (not one of the regular ones - they have always been great) who made me uncomfortable to the point I cried through the entire scan. I wrote to the center to complain. No response whatsoever. So that's about how much they care about their clients.
