The Receptionist is incredibly impatient and rude with obviously no compassion. Qualities that should not be representing any health establishment. Get a new job if you are unhappy dont make other people unhappy especially knowing they are sick!

I normally get my tests done in Carnegie but I only found out today that they moved out from there so I came to the one in Balaclava from Carnegie to get my urgent tests done.I never had any issues with the staffs in Carnegie, they always would receive my lab requests through the email that my doctor sends me and the staffs would run the test for me. But in balaclava the girl who talked with me was rude and unhelpful. She could have been gentle and soft to the patients but no. I as a healthcare worker never speak or would speak to someone in the tone she did with me. Couldn’t get my tests done and will probably have to miss my appointment because of this now.Also we need to be informed to print out the requests from the website just so we avoid such rude staffs and get prepared before hand.

Avoid this clinic because the staff is not good enough. Slow and inefficient. I needed to have a blood test. The staff couldn’t find the vain when she initially inserted the needle so she decided to stir around in my body tissue with the needle a couple of times which irritates me a lot. She finally gave up until a few moments later and had to take blood sample from the other arm. The entire process is long, painfully and the staff is very cold with poor service.

I'd give zero stars if I could. I needed a test done and an appointment was arranged through another clinic I went to initially. I arrived at my agreed appointment which I confirmed with them only to be told they didn't have the chip to record my test on. I rescheduled my appoint for 3 days later where they assured they would have a chip then. I missed work to go get the test done only to be told they used the chip the previous day and no longer had it as they used it on someone else.I was never contacted and told to wait around until the courier brought one in, because it's not like I work full time or anything. I'm now immensely late for work because of the incompetent clinicians" and have less than a week before I'm meant to see my specialist

I remember that via Balaclava that was another Dorevitch Pathology center that was not where it is now....The current location is where one of the best Video hire located apart from where Balaclava wine spirits is there now. When going in there, the old memories of that Video hire store came flooding back but the guy that owned it used to be abit of jerk though. But back to Dorevitch, it's great especially if you get there early at 7.30 in the morning. I miss all the Video hiring stores that Balaclava was once famous for though...

Absolute stitch up. The opening and closing hours on Google are not accurate, long wait times and overall very disorganised clinic. Worst one I’ve gone to. Not hard - fix your listed open hours to avoid putting people out.

Functionally ok, lovely staff, slightly drab decor but it's popular regardless
