My husband and I have both bought a number of items from this company. We have always found their service to be very helpful and friendly. If it is a hand/ knee support etc they are insistent on getting us to try various sizes to ensure we get the right fit. They also have good product knowledge. I highly recommend this company.

After reading some very unhelpful and seemingly undeserved reviews left by James Hewitson and Lynne Talbot, I had to wonder if they attended the same place of business that I had! I had exactly the opposite experience and found that the staff with whom I dealt were extremely professional, knowledgeable about their products and very courteous. The product range was extensive, the prices were, in my opinion, very reasonable and the customer service was excellent, hence the 5* rating. I'd highly recommend this company and their products and I'd have no hesitation shopping there in the future. Shopping there in the future! Ae

I needed to purchase a thoracic brace immediately, and I was happy to have found this store on the way home! The location was convenient, and the adjustable brace was perfect. Thank you.

Prompt and efficient service, helpful and friendly... Other reviews seem very undeserved for small individualized purchases from a large company... I use Atlas McNeill as a supplier for my business and happy with price, product and service! Big shout out to their combined efforts with Silk laser clinics to support the injured wildlife during our summer of burning. Hooray

Was doing some work for them. Staff are nice, and helpful. Seem to have all sorts of medical supplies. I will probably go back at some stage and have a look around. Not sure how their pricing compares to other places.

I was recommended Atlas McNeil Stepney by a doctor and went to buy a knee brace. The lady seemed very helpful but sadly gave me the wrong size of brace and charged me more than double the price of the exact same product online. When I returned, the staff were less helpful, seemed unapologetic and abrupt. They offered another brace at a discount. Since I had already spent over $50 on a plain neoprene brace, I declined and asked for a refund. They refused and I left unhappy.

The most horrible staff to deal with!Spoke to a disgusting person by the name of Diane. I picked up from her phone mannerism that she was a very nasty person. Told me that my order wouldn't be delivered until Monday, meanwhile every other time there hasn't been a issue. (This was Friday) remembering my grandaughter needed pull up pads as the weekend was upon us. So being a stressed out carer i became a little annoyed insisting i needed them delivered Friday. It is now Monday evening and still nothing has arrived. My feeling/intuition is that this vile being has sabotaged my order (remember) ive alreay paid for it plus delivery for daring to argue to her about same day delivery. Point made i will never buy from this company in future.
