At lunch time mid week there was two people serving (with one spending most of the time out the back) while the line was out the door. People were walking out. Horrible for the poor staff run off their feet.

I recently visited this store on Thursday the 31st for a quick meal and was served by a young blond headed kid (whom I believe his name may have been Harry?), he fashioned a tasteful meal that was perfectly made and a well balanced footlong. A polite and friendly young man, truly deserving of the title Subway Sandwich Artist"."

My experience at Subway, Diamond Creek 21 June 2021 in the afternoon was one of the best I've had at any Subway ever!The lovely woman who was very welcoming and we'll mannered asked what I would like on my Sub.I gave her 5 things to remember and instead of saying the usual Subway thing of we don't have this or we have run out".She went out back and got refills! Then also asked me how much avocado I would like as everyone is different!!I felt like a queen!! It made such a difference to the experience at Subway and then the complete taste of of my footlong!! I hope this keeps up as I've had some shocking experiences at Subways. All ages

Walked in at 8:50pm on 26/1/22 (Public Holiday) to a cold he'll be with you shortly" by the rude young female employee who was cleaning the dining area. We lined up to order dinner but she persisted to sweep dust and dirt directly at us. A younger me would have grabbed the broom off her and made a scene but I took a deep breath and walked right out. Will never return. It's a shame we have such disrespectful kids running restaurants these days. Avoid this establishment at all costs

Standing in line here at 12:45 on a week day, you see customers struggling with staff with no clue, no communication skills, or completely apathetic.The 10 times I have been here in 2 years I've had issues with sauce put in wrong bottles, having to explain what goes in my sub, subs that fall apart, staff who don't seem to want to be there, or argue with the other staff about mistakes whilst forgetting they are in the middle of serving their customer.My first sub here was perfect, which is why I came back, I don't know how you went down hill so bad.The managers confidence in staff is too high, more training is needed.

Order at least once a month either in store or via Uber eats. Uber orders always come with things missing. Rang to ask what’s going on and they say “oh sorry, but if you make another order and pay the delivery again we can send the item you wanted for free. No manager on duty just a bunch of teenagers with the attitude oh it’s only a couple of bucks the customer won’t mind if they’re missing a side or a cookie.When ordering in store it’s the slowest service out of any subway I’ve been to. Just the closest store to home.

Delisious, plenty and amazing service.I'm from another suburb, and had one of the best subways in Diamond Creek so far.Thank you to a blond lady for serving it.
