Did my research and went to view two leather lounges at Plush Rutherford. Hermie’s help was genuine, knowledgeable, friendly and laid back.In fact, my entire Plush experience from sales, communication to delivery was perfect. And quality product to match. Thank you.

Recently bought a lounge from Shayley at Rutherford plush. The experience was fantastic and I felt there was no question she could not answer or solution she could find for you. Can't wait to receive our new lounge!

The Team at Plush Rutherford were excellent, thank you! They gave us the time we needed and most importantly were honest with the expected delivery times unlike the other stores we purchased furniture from! Everyone we dealt with excellent from the start and Shay just called regarding delivery details and was friendly making the experience perfect to date!

The lovely Deena at Plush Rutherford helped us choose the Dova II 2.5 seater sofa bed in slate grey leather. She really knows the Plush products. We ended up choosing a matching recliner as well when placing our sofa bed order for our apartment. So happy can’t wait for them to arrive !!

Plush Rutherford is being let down by their delivery team. A lounge which was ordered in December 2021 was due to be delivered in April 2022. April came and went. The delivery team were atrocious. Long holds then hanging up and not returning calls. I finally got a text to say my lounge would be delivered last week, arranged to be home, only for it to be cancelled within 24 hours. Then got word it was coming yesterday. The driver demanded $175 cash for delivery when they called to give a time. Then when they arrived, they came down the street tooting the horn, making jokes that they left some of it behind and would return the next day, that they could only deliver goods if they were from Nick Scarli, not Plush, try to get $119 cash out of me for delivery and then made comments about how much the lounge was purchased for when I explained we had the receipt which said delivery was paid for. They made me feel very uncomfortable in my own home and will never be using Plush or Nick Scarli again.

This is the worst customer service I have ever received. Delivery team and head office hardly answer the phone and I haven’t had someone call me back in over 7 days. I ordered my lounge in January it was due to be delivered on the 17.5.22 which it hasn’t been. I have sold my old lounge and I still haven’t herd from the delivery team as to when it will be delivered. I am sure the lounge itself is amazing but I wouldn’t know. Plush Rutherford have been pretty good at trying to get in contact with them but they seem to be at a loss as to what’s happening. I took a day off work for it to be delivered and I won’t be getting that day back. I will also have to take another day off when they do eventually deliver it. Plus who knows how long I will be without a lounge.

I Recently bought two lounges from Hermie at plush Rutherford.Hermie was extremely professional, with great knowledge of the products. She listened to what my needs were, and found my perfect match.I would highly recommend her to anyone wishing to buy lounges.

This is a very pleasant place with quality products and good helpful staff. Shay was very Knowledgeable and understanding. She knew her products, very helpful. Recommend this place.
