Boondall train station is very clean

I would say that the re-design was not bad in general, but there is a fundamental problem with this station: it restricts access to the main northbound bikeway. There is a major dedicated bikeway which you can get access to only using station's overpass.Railway line itself cuts off cycling traffic in northbound direction from the area as there are very limited ways to cross it. But once you try to do it via the overpass the access is very difficult - the overpass is very steep and there are obstacles on the way. Station staff often scream at you when you try to do it as well. At the very least, the little obstacles in the form of gates need to be re-designed to avoid the hazard.

Station attendant very rude and condescending!

Clean enough for a station. Wheelchair access but pretty steep. Vending machines are available on platform 1. Bins available too

Really excited for new walk bridge, the upgrade is really coming together. Staff are lovely and helpful
