Would definitely NOT recommend this realestate … we rented with this 2 years after the property manger changing at least 4 times without being told. No communication regarding anything! Extremely rude agents especially Antonia. Would have them turn up for house inspections over 1/2 late that would go for over an 1.5hrs. We would have workers attended the property 7am on Saturday without prior notice given, Even after several emails asking the realestate to sort the communication with the owner so we didn’t have this happen again which it continued. They sent out a gardener to cut a tree down who never return to clean up tree so had to be out of pocket with hiring a trailer to remove the green waste. The realestate stole money from our rent to pay water bills without our knowledge then refused to return money until we mentioned legal action. They withheld money from our bond even though the cleaning had been done, it took 2 months for action to be taken in returning our bond after legal action was taken as they were in the wrong. The list goes on… Worst experience of renting we have ever had.

Would not recommend this real estate company at all.Had no communication in regards to our maintenance issues that we lodged over 2 months ago, we have sent countless emails of our place being unliveable and unsafe.We are paying top dollar for a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse and only have had 1 bathroom the entire time.The property manager that was looking after our place left the company and no one had the courtesy let us know. Completely unprofessional. Advised us that they were going to get another agent to call us but I am not holding my breathe for that to happen.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Sussan Aresti she is such a lovely person to talk to, very kind and patient and answered all my questions, made me feel at ease with renting my property. Sussan is very knowledgeable in her field, I would recommend Sussan and Approved Real Estate to anyone looking at putting their property on the rental market.I have no issue letting Sussan manage my property

I have had nothing but wonderful dealings with Approved Realty. The staff have always been so polite, friendly and professional. I always feel welcome when I drop into their office or call up.The whole team knows their stuff when it comes to real estate and have always ensured my needs are met fast and efficiently.Would highly recommend this company to anyone and help support this lovely team who truly have your best interests at heart. Don't be just another number on the books of the bigger companies out there, support local.

We lived on 25 Sabine road, we did not have hot water for the whole year, 365 days. Also, we could not use the pool at all because you refused to fix the tiles in the pool. The real estate agent Natasha was very rude and unprofessional, in the end she added us in the black list for no reason, so we couldn’t move out. How she treated us was definitely illegal. We recommend to not use this company ever. They won’t take care of your property not the tenants. One of the worst experience we have had in our life.

Was with them 9 years and happy, but my last tenant vacated and there was a fair bit of lite damage like scratches and chips on the wall, kitchen cabinet damaged/different color, damaged door etc, they refused to admit it and actually do their job and protect my property. Got a bit comfortable as I don’t live in the NT and just though they could do what ever they like and i couldn’t check it my self.Very very disappointing in the end.AVOID!!!

Have lived in a property managed by Approved Realty for almost a year now and just renewed my lease for another 12 months. It has been easy to get in touch for maintenance requests and they have been incredibly efficient in all of their work. Antonia is a great property manager, helping make my life easier as I’m away a lot!Great agency!

I am a property owner that leases out my Palmerston Investment Property through Approved Real Estate. I have been utilising their services for this purpose for the last 3 years and have never had any issues. Should any maintenance arise in the property, they call me ASAP and provide me with quotes for whatever is in need. I can then make an informed decision which they will act on accordingly. I have a dedicated Property Manager - Madeline Waddington who I personally believe is the BEST Property Manager in Darwin/Palmerston. In fact, I have found the entire Approved Real Estate team to be professional, considerate and they treat both me and my property with the utmost respect. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Do yourself a massive favour and engage this outstanding team for your needs, you wont be disappointed.

Everyone is nice enough, however, communication is very poor. We were in a rental property for 2 years and had to continually chase up our requests. We vacated the property almost 2 months ago and are still awaiting bond reimbursement.

We had a broken lock on our door, and we emailed approved about it. it was pointed out in inspections as well, and it was never followed up on their end. because we could not properly lock our doors the unit was broken into and i lost not only $4000 of electronics but also a whole semesters uni work. after the break-in, the lock was mildly rectified (the door frame bent back into position) and approved considered this a suitable repair.There was also some electrical work done up in the ceiling, and according to the electricians, the wiring of the unit was dangerously incorrectly wired, and they were on the phone to approved to inform them of the badly wired switchboard. This was not rectified either.Then as a final insult, they claimed we left the unit in a dirty state when we left. that place was left in a -better- condition than when we moved in. goodbye to part of the bond.
