My gp recommended this place, and a mental health plan was sent through. I rang the next day to make an appointment and was told I'd need to wait until January (the gp visit and plan were done in November).So I agree, and on the day of my appointnent, I try to call in, get no response, leave a msg and get a msg in return stating that the psychologist I was meant to see was now on Annual Leave. That I received a txt stating this (I didn't) and they would now put me on the standby list.It's now near the end of March with no further contact from these people.Good luck to anyone seeking help, you're in for a wait and likely a cancelled appointment.
