Anthony was great to deal with, professional and confident in his workmanship of his Concreting works.everything I expected was achieved, nothing was a problem, he also went out of his way to install the drainage that was required. After three quotes, Anthony's rates were very competitive. I couldn't be happier with the end result,would definitely use ISM Concreting again, and would not hesitate to recommend Anthony and his team!!

Anthony and his team did an outstanding job on my property and I certainly have no problem recommending his services to anyone who wants to deal with a honest and professional team (which is getting harder to find these days). As we had just built a new house we originally only had an exposed aggregate drive way and plain concrete path around the house in mind (not a small and straight forward project either). But based on his quality of work and eye for detail, he ended up also doing our drainage and retaining wall project as well. He kept us well informed of the progress and as there were a few site issues along the way (unknown to both him and me), he had already figured out a solution before he told me about the original problem anyway, so the works could continue.

Anthony and his team at ISM were superb. This photo is a slab for a double garage with workshop and small bathroom. The excavation, the pour and the retaining wall were all of the highest quality and the floor was laser leveled with a tolerance of 1mm. If you want a team that care, turn up on time and deliver, use ISM. And if there is a query, Anthony calls.

We chose ISM because of reviews found here and glad we did! Dealing with Anthony from ISM was easy. He is a straight shooter, no mincing of words or trying to convince me of what I don't want as previous concreters have tried on me. Direct, practical and straight to the point yet very understanding and willing to help. The team did 2 jobs for us, concrete around the entire home including wrap around stairs, pathways joining the driveway and also an internal repair to bathroom floor slab. Anthony gave great advice which also saved us money on the bathroom floor. The works completed around the house were on time and finished product including the colour chosen was better than samples he showed us. Dealing with us couldn't have been easy as we struggled to envision the bigger picture but Anthony was patient and his recommendation was better than our ideas.
