Didn't catch the dark haired older women's name behind the counter today, but she gives the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. Very rude and unapologetic when she new she was wrong. Really rattled my cage.

Kaleb was amazing and super helpful with getting a radiator for a falcon sorted. Did a great deal. Was in stock and he made us feel like it was no trouble at all.

Unbelievable service & prices for 1 of my Holden LS V8 AUTOS had everything on counter waiting for me to get there all was in stock & worked out around $200 cheaper than anywere else.Staff know there stock helpfully in everyday theres huge variety more than imaginable in every brand.Have nothing to fault thanks repco caloundra you went above & beyond.

Ben made my enquiry feel completely taken care of by getting the product for me off the shelf. He went a step further by hearing my frustrations from struggling that morning trying to install a lightbulb off a different vehicle, by saving my the potential frustration all over again and installed it for me as well as ensured it was working correctly before I left. Absolute legend and genuinely kind! It's not that hard to display old school customer service and Ben reminded me that it still exists! Cheers dude!

These guys ALWAYS help me when it comes to my car. The have patience even though I have an accent and I am clueless when it comes to cars. They even walk me to where I can find the items I need. Great place. Thank you !
