Shine Bond Cleaning Brisbane

I have hired Shine Bond to do a bond cleaning as I moved out of the property. It was a 2 bed, 1 kitchen, 1 bath and a garage. They have charged me $410 and I was fine with that. I trusted them to clean everything and thought they would do as their brand name says. After I got the message that they are finished and that there are few marks on the kitchen table and on the carpet which were hard to go/fade off. As I went on to check it, they did not touch/clean garage, the marks on the kitchen table could have easily gone if they have made an attempt, they did not clean the stove and its surroundings and on top of it they left a few bleach marks on top of the kitchen table, did not clean under the kitchen sink, I am not sure if they have done steam carpet cleaning the way a professional does. I am very disappointed as I had to go and do all the cleaning myself. I felt like they were totally an unprofessional bunch of like minded people fooling people around. I will never trust people like these again. Shame!!!

Highly recommend Shine Bond Cleaning. Our apartment required a bit of work to get it clean and when Harry showed up by himself I was a bit concerned it may not get finished in time. However Harry worked his magic and after 5 hours of his time we got our full bond back.
