Ridiculous return policy and process very slow, never buy online. Product quality is overrated for this brand.

Beautiful and well made clothing even though I can never fit into them. However, I buy clothes for my son and husband.

the place is well organised with a really friendly atmosphere. I came in with a friend today and we were amazed by the customer service! Aliya was super lovely and went out of her way to help us. rare to meet someone so polite and patient - especially when shopping !

This brand should be a man wear brand more , but this store 70% are women stuff, would be nice to have more men wear,not much variety to choose from

Really poor experience shopping online. Melbourne warehouse lost my return of a very expensive jacket, I had to chase it for weeks and then they tried to tell me clock had started again on the time to refund - I had to escalate it to get my refund in a timely way, and if I hadn’t chased it they would probably never have refunded me!

Bought a fleece zipper jacket today and was served by the staff, Erica as stated on the receipt. I asked if the Store accepts AfterPay. Erica said the Store does not accept. So, I paid with my credit card. The eftpos machine crocked up a few times of tapping. So, this girl, seemingly Erica, looked at me with demeaning and big suspicious eyes and asked me what card are you using???I showed her the card in my phone saying my master card".She should have said nicely and respectfully like "Sorry

Went there recently. Store is having less varieties but still expensive even though it's in DFO. You are looking for 90$ plus items mostly.

Today I visited the store which was not very busy for a Sunday. The staff did not greet my mother and I as we walked in, instead they looked at us up and down with judgemental expressions and continued talking amongst themselves as they leant against the counter. I love Ted Baker and if it wasn’t for my love of the brand I would have not spent $500+ in this particular store. I could have easily spent another $500+ Because my mother wanted to buy herself some items however, the staff were unhelpful and lifeless. Nobody asked to get the bag I purchased down from the shelf, I had to stand on my toes and shuffle other bags out of the way to reach the one I wanted at the very back. I tried on dresses and shoes and not one sales associate came to see how it looked / fitted or if I needed another size, or to recommend other items. The older dark haired lady sales associate did not even bother acknowledging us the entire time and made us feel uncomfortable. Customer service in this store could be greatly improved. It is unfortunate that staff are the catalyst of businesses and brands going into receivership.

I'm still waiting for a $439 refund for a handbag that was sent back a month ago! I'm incredibly angry... I have no bag and no money!I would not buy anything from Ted Baker ever again!!It makes me not want to use the bag I got as a gift because I have had such a terrible experience with the brand as a whole.
