Amazing experience. They have the best steak in all of Townsville. Georgia was our waitress and she was amazing. She really made our experience at Shaw that much better! Will definitely be back.

Hi All wow lovely place great location and the stake was OK I would have liked the pepper corn sauce and a salad but you pay extra for the salad and they have no pepper corn sauce and the waitress was not helpful at all.All up you pay to much for what you get and when you say anything they swap out to someone that doesn't talk to you

Off to a bad start, our waiter took our drink order and it took forever, considering it was an early reservation (5.45pm) and it wasn't at all busy...but then we had a change of waiter and she was magnificent. Then the food came out...OMG it was amazing!! Hubby had the Wagyu scotch fillet and didn't see the price until we got the bill. $110.00, he did say it was so nice though, couldn't complain. I had Wagyu bolognaise and it was the best I have ever had. Overall a little pricey, but sometimes you just have to lash out, it was worth it.

As always they have amazing service and amazing food. Porter house steak was cooked to perfection and the baked potatos were delicious.10/10 would recommend to all my friends and family - the atmosphere was fun and inviting. Staff provided stella service

Food was either in an incredibly small portion or very bland. We ordered a lemon lime bitters, and for such a simple drink it was somehow poorly made and not very pleasant. Even if all these things were okay, the prices were exorbitant. Would HIGHLY recommend anywhere else in City Lane instead, not worth it at all

Horrible place, don't go there especially when home game, my son and my partner where completely mistreated, the food was very low quality, appetiser size and full meal price. Very disappointed, definitely a place we will never ever go back
