Mad Toppings (Crows Nest)

We bought family size chilli paneer pizza tonight and there was very less toppings on that.We usually buy from Madtoppings Hornsby and it’s good there.The taste was not good at all here.

I will highly recommended this pizza shop. One of the best pizza store on crows nest.

Restaurant Canceled an order and blamed a third party. You Canceled it! I had kids (4) waiting 45 minutes for pizza. Called the restaurant direct and confirmed this. Bad customer service and no pizza to rate!

Our go to late night pizza order. Good size and quality pizzas - never overly oily and the garlic bread is quite enjoyable. As a tip, ordering from the stores webpage is cheaper then Uber eats (they do delivery n webpage as well).

Pizza's are quite nice and they do have good variety, staff is polite, alright for takeaways but make sure you order over the phone or else the wait times could be 15 to 20 minutes.

The pizza was ok. I had the spicy chorizo and sausage pizza, the problem was that when I paid for the pizza I realised I had been charged $21.95. At first I thought it was a mistake because the menu on the TV behind them said $20.95 for this large pizza. I even checked the takeaway menus at the front counter and when I looked at those menus it actually said the price was $18.95. This wasn't even like an old menu or something I had on the fridge, these were the menus they had at the front counter by the register. When you look online there is even another price listed. When I asked the staff they said oh the manager actually increases the prices". Now that's fine if the manager increased the prices

Ordered delivery on phone and after the deal applied, we were told that the total bill would be $55 and we need to pay when the food came. We were served by a girl named Diva.When the order came, the bill to our surprise was $76. When we called the store, they said it was a mistake at their end that they gave us the wrong amount when order was placed and there is no deal. They were however very rude on not returning the money when we said that we would have not ordered from Mad Toppings and would would have ordered from some other pizza store if we knew that there was no deal. We had already waited for almost 45 mins and were hungry and we paid what the price was because the girl on phone said she will call her owner and get back to us. It has been 2 days and we have not heard anything back.We have been a regular customer of Mad Toppings Crows Nest since it opened and this was the first time we faced such an issue. This has discouraged us to order from here and look for some other alternatives in the region.

Their menu is kinda impressive, I thought, a great and wide selection notably for vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike. Instinctively, I tried a vege gourmet pizza, for a change (also the health factor, your body takes less stress in breaking down veges than meat therefore less acidic buildup). Anyway, I really enjoyed the pizza, the toppings weren't burnt and tasted fresh, the base was awesome thin crust and the tomato and pesto sauces were flavoursome. Will pop in again next time I visit Crows Nest :)

Yesterday night we ordered pizzas from this place. Monday morning, my husband & me had stomach infection due to this. Something was bad in those pizzas for sure because that is the only thing we had last night. It is important for you guys to check if your food is in proper quality. This was our first time and it was a bad experience.
