I wish I could give zero stars completely stuffed up my wheel balance on my Ute,the back left wheel was a 180 out whatever that means,it has taken numerous visits to different tyre and wheel places to have the problem correctly diagnosed including one back to Welshpool Tyre Service who still didn't diagnose the the issue,I went to Swan Tyre Service and explained my issue and Stewart from behind the desk diagnosed it without even looking at the car and he was correct,car now drives perfectly.

Called late on a Friday afternoon and they were able to fit 4 new tyres on my wife's car even though they were busy. All completed within 45 minutes of arriving. Staff very pleasant and tyre price excellent. Have used these in the past for work vehicles, I know they are reliable that's why I drove 40km for their service.

unprofessional service. never finish up at the end. lackadaisical service. very very poor customer feedback and service. the 2 young goons who actually do the work have no professional ethics. they never check related things properly. only when you go home, do you realise what was not completed. always keep a watchful eyes on these 2 goons. the owner is not much better either. poor verbal communications ability.
