Clever Care NOW

Sue was so nice and so helpful. She transported our disability equipment and luggage to our holiday. she was on time, she was so caring she brought it all to the room and at the end of our holiday came back to the room and transported it inside to our house and was so happy with her service. She is very lovely and helpful and made it possible for us to have our holiday.

Nurses On Wheels used to be a good service, but it seems like it has taken a great decline in the last couple of years. Unfortunately it seems like all the good nurses in this corporation are overworked and dont get to clients on time. Admintstration staff are less than understanding. It's definitely a case where there is too many admin staff and not enough nurses on the road. It's unfortunate that patients in need are governed by the pencil pushers in the office and this is a NFP organisation. This screams misapproprated funds! What is worse is the money that is being charged by this corporation. Charges do not justify the time spent with the client. Save your dollars, find a service that has the client in mind.

Nurses are great! ***But*** management are the worst I've ever encountered! Check your bills as they over charge!!! Write down everything the nurses use, as management charges for higher qualities then used.Management need to go back to the quality/system they were when they were Nurses on Wheels!

I had the great pleasure today to meet some amazing ladies. They were on a day trip,my friend Effie took me out for my birthday.We stopped at McDonald's, l have never met such dedicated workers before. Carolina and Kerry were taking the most gorgeous ladies out for the day.
