I visited the store yesterday with a unusual rifle problem. A .22 bullet had become firmly stuck in the barrel and I couldn't dislodge it.Two staff members had the correct equipment and solved the issue in 10 minutes. All done in good humour.!Im a satisfied customer.Rod G .Redesdale.

I was sold something through their eBay store apparently setup by the owners son, who has since moved on from the business. I have tried to get my money back on a product that was never sent to me for over a year now.You do have an eBay store. It is still online, and has done 44 transactions since 2016. As the new business owner you should clean up the mess.... not just dismiss it everytime I've tried to sort it out. It surely wouldn't be that difficult to get the logins and refund the purchases that were not sent out.

Hartley's is a bit of a Bendigo institution, in that they've been in the industry for a very long time, and it shows with their range, experience, and helpfulness when it comes to anything hunting, fishing, firearm or archery related. I've always had excellent service and found anything I need is either on shelf or readily ordered. Highly recommended.The store continues to improve with new brands, high quality gear and expert advice.
