Super friendly staff, got the answers I needed and kept well maintained for all the animals they had there. Just upset that that the pooch I was gonna look at wasn't there but oh well :)

Very smelly and dirty. Just because old building no excuse for not cleaning. Staff unhelpful. Went ther recently and now they have new manager it does not smell anymore and is clean, staff are now friendly
