I've learnt to be wary of businesses with too many 5 star reviews as so many are fake, but I can confidently recommend Dynasty Real Estate and its principal Mateen Issak.Should you need someone to manage your rental property, or to look after your property sale in the South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, or anywhere in Melbourne for that matter, give this independent local business your consideration.Myself an experienced investor, I have on numerous occasions turned to Mateen and Dynasty RE for assistance and have always been made to feel welcome. Importantly, Mateen has worked hard to overcome any challenge I have thrown at him, including an apartment sale in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne that at one point I thought would never sell! Somehow Mateen persevered and got the job done.Rates are negotiable and reasonable, and Mateen has a courteous, no-nonsense, down-to-earth approach that resonates with me.

Nadeem and Mateen are absolutely amazing agents, and Dynasty Real Estate hands down are my favourite right from the get go! I sent my application for a rental as I was determined to find a secure home for myself and my children as my son has special needs and really needed a home with a secure yard,y private inspection was organised within hours and my application was approved within 24hours and changeover organised within minutes.
