Bad sales lady on Monday.I was in to get an ankle brace and the first thing she showed me was the really expensive ones and not even consider the cheap elastoplast ones. Then proceeded to sell me what seems to be a returned one due to a defect. I didn’t ask for a a receipt because common sense for any retail worker would be don’t try and sell something that’s faulty (ie at work I don’t resell mouldy pet food). Pretty dissatisfied with the team here

I have been going to this chemist for the past two or so years. The staff here are extremely helpful, informative and supportive. They will go the extra mile for me, especially now that they know me by name. The shop is clean and laid out in a way that makes it easy to find everything. I don't go any where else.

Worst chemist and service i have ever encountered, horribly rude customer service over the phone with sarcastic and unhelpful staff who can't do their job properly, (sometimes couldn't receive my prescription because they forgot how to spell how my name, also they very unhelpful about getting my prescription faxed and was treated like an idiot when i rang them about it) I would steer clear of this chemist at all costs, they don't care about any of their customers and it shows.

They always have everything in stock! We are a type 1 diabetic family and they always have my daughters medical needs in stock where as other pharmacies have to order it in

The pharmacist was really rude to me when I had asked for a repeat of an escript. I had also made another enquiry about what kinds of creams and soaps would be good for eczema, she rolled her eyes at me whilst looking back at her computer and answered me no I can't help you" very sarcasticly. She shouldn't work there if she doesn't take pride in her work she's suppose help the community not turn them away and not help at all. Disgusting"

I brought some pain killers which was prescribed by doctor around 2 weeks ago, the meditation was for my wife she is suffering from chronic illness, she was taking the meditation for about 8 days , every night before bed, and last week after work when I was given the meditation to my wife I noticed that meditation was expired by 3 months, and I bought the meditation like 1 week ago, I took the medication back to ask why is this expired they had no answer there was no manager to talk to just putting this out so people becareful with meditation here double check the expired date, very untrustworthy place to buy your medication.
