KG Martial Arts Academy

Keffe's one of the best coaches I ever encountered. I don't really care about enjoyable training (well, I enjoy doing martial arts anyway), what's more important for me is progressing and getting corrected, and that's what I'm getting a lot here.

My son has been training with Keffe (Master Instructor) for about two months. This is an academy where parents can train while their children are training all in the one hall. Keffe places much emphasis on moral values and positive attitude, and as a parent I really like this because it does take a village to raise a child. That said, many adults without children also train in the academy.Keffe can train anybody regardless of their age, gender and ability. The quality of his instruction is clear and Keffe knows how to motivate anyone while providing much positive support. Keffe also trains children with additional needs and has lots of empathy, compassion and patience.Social events are also organised and everyone is given a sense of belonging within this academy. For anyone looking to improve their fitness and/or learn a martial art, I highly recommend you take a look this academy.

KG Fitness and the KG Martial Arts Academy is really something special, due to the commitment and passion of the instructor, Keffe Gozali. Keffe knows how to work with anyone of any age and ability. He has the rare gift of being able to motivate and encourage his students. I have found him to be one of the best instructors I have ever encountered. He pushes me to my limits and I love that he does because I can’t do what he does, by myself. I highly recommend Keffe and his Martial Arts and Fitness Academy. 5 stars.

I have been in KG martial arts academy for a year now, and have enjoyed the training and the social activities. We are a family. We train hard and play hard, KG for life.

I’ve been training at KG Martial Arts Academy for 6 months now; it’s a great place to train! Master Keffe is very friendly, teaches well and thoroughly. He makes sure to that you correct every detail ,e.g your stance is too narrow or your foot is a little low when doing a kick. This is good because Keffe gives a lot of attention so it feels like a safe and healthy environment. Keep up the good work!

I trained under Keffe.Head instructor Keffe diversifies his own training for your benefit. His roots are in Taekwondo and he develops on that. So what you learn is steeped in traditional Taekwondo and also has a creative element to it.You feel part of a family when you sign up. He takes care of you and takes time to teach you well. In a word, he's thorough. He teaches children and adults, he respects his students as individuals and teaches students from diverse backgrounds.And he's reasonably priced. Uniforms and membership fees are competitive.

Keffe is a great coach. Very detailed, experienced and can really teach movement. After joining KG academy, I have improved my taekwondo in just few weeks time more than I improved in a year in my other club. Can recommend to anyone who wants to learn martial arts.
