We rented a Property at 52 Basswood Street Algester via Klover Property for 7 1/2 years .We are pleased to have had Chee Yap as our Property Manager .Chee has assisted us through any issues that may have come along.Chee became a friend as well that we were comfortable to talk to about anything and gave us some good advise.We only left the property as the current climate impacted the owner who was forced to make other arrangements with his property.i would give you 6 stars but it does'nt allow me to.Thanks again Chee .

I cannot recommend Klover more highly.As a buyer's agent, Paul simplified my experience, taking away the time-consuming and high touch process of dealing with vendor’s agents, searches, inspections etc. and brought his networks and knowledge of the market to deliver on what I agreed. Best negotiator!!Kay and Charlie have been providing fantastic rental management service for my investment property. The team have been delivering a professional. They are responsive and treat landlord extremely well.

Previous tenant in Aspley.Edit: not using real name, or location of residency. Care to explain the 10 or so 5 star reviews from “taewan kim”?Couldn’t recommend against these guys enough. Just scroll down and check the reviews for yourself. Most accounts with a similar OR the same name 5 times in a row, on a different account, reviewing this business! Extremely dodgy.

Recently leased our new property through Klover property. Charley was awesome, amazing agent! Had other real estate agent approached to us but went by Charley and that choice was just a right decision. He works for his client at his best and he thoroughly checks everything and brings best recommendation, presents so we can just make a decision and actions/follows up before we even ask. Best ever!
