Got there at 8:45pm to fill up, the pumps were off, door was locked and the bald male worker was at the til. I asked to fill up he said we’re closed and he had turned everything off. I said you close at 9pm and it’s only 8:45pm and he said “we don’t close at 9pm I leave at 9pm”. He was so rude - clearly hates his job.Should fix the advertised times online as it states they’re open 24hours.

Waited for almost 15 minutes from 8.45pm at the door. Just to be told by the old man at the counter that it is closed and he doesn't care. The store timings mentioned should be till 8.45 pm and not 9 pm if entry is not allowed. Disappointing and bad customer service by coles. Never coming back!!

Disappointing driving past other service stations to get fuel near home and the place is closed 8.30pm many times this happened why advertise closing at 9pm when you people close at 8.30pm or earlier ever time we get there its about 8.35pm and its closed.What a joke.
