Simon provided excellent service when our ducted A/C was damaged by a power surge. He definitely went the extra mile for us, driving back and forth chasing parts rather than waiting for them to be delivered. It was very hot and sticky weather and he knew we needed it running. We highly recommend Simon, he really knows his trade and gets the job done promptly.

Simon installed a ducted A/C system for us in our home and managed to fit us in quickly for installation. He was friendly, reliable and showed up on time every morning. We absolutely love our new A/C! It couldn’t have come at a better time with Summer just around the corner! We will definitely be using Coolrite for all our future needs and will be recommending Simon to everyone.

Simon is our regular A/C service guy and recently installed us a Split System as well. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Always punctual, great advice and service and at a very reasonable price. It is his own business so you get the operator, not some contractor who doesn't care about your custom. We wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommended and you will not regret using him for all your A/C needs

Simon was excellent! Another contractor pulled out of the job, and Simon booked me in without hesitation. He arrived exactly on time, did an extremely clean, tidy and efficient job, and charged a very reasonable price! Absolutely could not fault Simon's work, and would highly recommend him.

Can not recommend Coolrite enough, have had Simon out to do an initial ducted A/C filter clean and most recently he installed a new smart A/C controller for us. He has been thorough with both jobs and explained everything to us. Honestly wouldn’t get anyone else
