Raphael did a magnificent job. He's prompt, punctual and reasonably priced. Our revolting and damaged rugs came back looking - and most importantly smelling - like NEW. The pile on each rug was soft, not crusty (like I've had from other rug cleaning services). Impeccable service. He really loves rugs!

I travelled far to have my rugs washed and some hemmed. I was not disappointed. The job is spectacular and my rugs look like new. Others have given me long winded stories about restoration whereas the gentleman here did his work professionally and with care and interest . I was also pleased that he knew how my rugs were made and treated the clean and restoration accordingly. If you like minimum fuss and an outstanding result , it is truly worth the trip .

Fantastic, friendly and prompt service. We smashed a bottle of wine on our favourite 30 year old rug, and called Raphael. He responded quickly - he was at our house within the hour, took the rug away and cleaned it perfectly, repaired the damage our dogs had done over the years, re-edged it beautifully and returned it to us in just a couple of weeks. Very happy to support this excellent small business - thank you Raphael!

I could highly recommend this service. I had a beautiful wooden carpet overlooked & cleaned with Raphael. He was extremely patient & knowledgeable in guiding my choice of yarn and happy to answer any questions I had about how the rug would be washed to leave no residual fragrance. He also recommended an underlay for the rug, to be attached with the over locking process which resulted in the rug sitting flat on the floor with no lifting edges. I look forward to to returning with my second matching rug to be cleaned.

Highly recommend this business. We had our quality Persian rugs cleaned by Raphael - the first clean since we bought them, so we were unsure how the rugs would look afterwards. They came back looking brand new - the colour looks much deeper again. Raphael was easy to deal with, very knowledgeable, and the rugs were completed within the timeframe he provided. Israfil always does amazing work on my rug! He has fixed a bad hack job I did on it perfectly and managed to clean a dogs mishap put of it! It looks brand new!

We thought our precious rug which we bought from a souq in Syria almost 30 years ago had seen better days with threads hanging off everywhere, pet stains and discolouration throughout. Raphael restored it to its mint condition efficiently and politely and we get to enjoy it all over again! I can highly recommend this service.
