Unfortunately - terribly disappointing. !!Every curry basically tasted like braised meat and water. Zero flavour to the curries - borderline embarrassing!Curry's that were meant to be medium or hot had no heat whatsoever.However, the service was very friendly and pleasant.I will not eat here again.

We booked a table for 4. Restaurant empty upon our arrival. Ordered our selections. Starter, Main & Drinks. 1hour later still no starter & other couples who arrived during this time were already been served. When Starter arrived it was very dry. Then we waited another 45mins for our Mains. When we politely asked waitress, she advised it was because we had ordered a starter that our meals were slow in coming out. Food was Average at best. Waitress was polite. Food Service was terrible. Wont be going back.

Very desi atmosphere with lot of Bollywood touch. Liked the ambience, service and presentation.Good tasty food. Spice lovers go for hot or extra hot as the medium I ordered (thinking it’s going to be Indian medium) turned out to be very mild. Of course depends on the dish. Garlic naan was kind of half cooked or May be too thick.Easy to locate the restaurant and plenty of parking on the street.Will update the comment after another visit.

Just had the palak paneer and samosa chaat. Brilliant food! The samosa chaat was one of the best Indian dishes I’ve ever eaten. I can’t believe I’ve never tried it before. Fantastic prices too. Can’t go wrong with dinner for 2 sorted for $35. Can’t wait to try some more of the menu. Definitely onto a winner here. Thanks for the great food!

The place is deceiving from the outside but once you enter, the atmosphere is great. The food was fantastic and the staff I found very friendly. I've been here a few times and I brought friends who also love it I will definitely be back again.I don't understand the negative reviews, I didn't see any of this.

There should be 6 stars for times when you've already given a place 5 stars. Eaten the entire menu, and then, somehow, they got a new chef and it got better. We have brought friends here from across the globe and they've all said it's the best indian fodd they have had. We came here so often we got over itThen, we ordered tonight and all the dishes looked different. We were suss, but as I said, they have somehow improved on perfect.6 stars and I'm rare to give a 5Recommend Bombay lamb cutlets, lamb saag, lamb Rogan Josh, and (vegan) channa marsala and everything else but thoseoir our favouratesRoti and naan were both to perfection tonight also

Honestly the wait was long, but what can I say it was worth the wait. We had a table of six with different orders for each so I understand, overall it was just amazing loved every bite and the yoghurt omg the yoghurt please try the yoghurt + their ice cream is somewhat very interesting and pleasant. Thank you for doing such a fabulous job will be back soon highly recommended!

One of the best food in Goldcoast, if anyone missing desi indian food I personally suggest to visit at least once, we tried most of the items which is really delicious and adorable. Words less and taste more, thank you Bollywood bar

Bollywood Bar Indian Fusion
The food is excellent, it really is. I had the medium Mango Chicken Curry with garlic and cheese naan and saffron rice and it was delicious! My wife had the medium Desi Chicken Curry and it's the first time she's ever finished her meal! We'll be coming here more often when we're in Helensvale.
