Parcel lockers full, so had to wait for a parcel that was delivered Thursday afternoon, but I now can't pick it up till Monday morning.So much for paying for Express Post!WAKE UP AUSTRALIA POST, YOU'RE HOPELESS.

Seriously poor customer service, every single time I’ve been there. And the hours are a joke - at least the website has finally been updated, over a year later. 07.30-1300? For a taxpayer funded company, Auspost tries damn hard to avoid having to actually provide the services they’re funded for.

Business hours in slip are a complete lie.Employees dont want to help or acknowledge you.Truely impossible to pick any parcel up.Mon to fri 9 to 1. What a joke

Hate NARRE WARREN DC when my stuff is taken there (not to locker)....This business center only opens from 7:30 to 13:00 on weekdays, too hard to collect parcels from there!!!!!

Worse service you can get is hear. Rude racest people. They think they are above everyone untouchable no accountability. I am never use aus post just because of ppl like these. But dont know why many online shopping use aus post. Now m not shopping if they are using aus post.
