This is a fabulous salon and I was very happy with the results (half head of foils and blowdry). Leslie did a great job with my hair.

I had been growing my roots out post lockdown and Leslie provided the best solution to continue the journey. He is realistic and skilled at the same time so managed my expectations but was also able to provide an acceptable way for me to transition away from having to deal with yucky regrowth every 3-4 weeks. The whole process of going grey has been less painful than I’d anticipated thanks to Leslie and Jess. Highly recommended!

With my wedding coming up this weekend I put my badly black box dyed hair in the hands of these miracle workers. Within 2 visits my hair is now a absolutely beautiful dark strawberry blonde. It is how I imagined I wanted my hair for the big day. Considering how much box dye I had put in my hair over years I truly thought this was unobtainable!I Honestly can't thank you enough!

When my colourist left Canberra several months ago, I was at a loss as to who to go to next. I found Polychroma on Google and went in for a chat. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was booked in within a few days with Leslie. He did an absolutely fabulous job and I am very happy with the result (I’m super fussy as well). I’ll definitely be going back.

Asked for a plum burgundy colour, left with black hair with a tint of purple only on thall the balayage section again next time jus to go back to my usual burgundy balayage. I was still charged the full price.Extremely disappointed.- To response to your comment, the sentiment in your comment is very different to when we talked on the phone given you said I am not your customer since I haven’t been to your salon for a year (or years?).To refresh your memory, when you explained that the colour in my inspiration photo is not achievable without bleaching , I accepted your advice. Then you suggested to go with the usual burgundy colour but “push it towards purple”, which again I agreed. a) What you called a matter of semantics in our phone conversation, I considered to be your professional advice. b) There was no explanation that pushing towards purple would result in dark/black colour before dying the hair. However, yes you explained in details why my hair ended up black after blow drying.To me this was an unfortunate miscommunication. Yet, it appears in your version I, as the customer, am solely to blame.Thank you for your service and wish you your business all the best.
